After the diminuendo, the end of a piece of music, comes the silence. Le Goff’s wsynesthesia means that he would experience the silence as a colour; the calm vibrations of yellow.
This complex, experimental monochrome, is constructed of layers of Naples Yellow pigment and finished with a milk-based glaze.
