A tribute to the Italian way of life that the artist was immersed in for many years in the Renaissance
heart of Florence, the ultramarine blue lines are “sopra” (above) and the opposing red lines are
“sotto” (below).

This piece explores the artist’s fascination with Complexity | the governing uncertainty principle is let loose whilst creativity progresses across the canvas.” (MLG) In the process, applying the boundaries of colour above and below, the artist finds a place where energy dwells.
